Dog Sitting Policy:
Charges begin on the day of drop off regardless of time.
In the event of cancellation please contact me preferably 24 hours prior to the beginning of service.
Aggressive Animals: If your pet has bitten anyone in the past, or shows aggressive behavior, kindly find suitable arrangements. Grooming4less retains the right to refuse services to any client.
Proof of Health: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and proof must be submitted at time of contract signing. All pets must wear tags while in my care.

You can rest assured that your information will not be shared with any third party without your consent. I occasionally may send you surveys in order to better provide you in the future.
Medical Care: If Client’s veterinarian is unavailable, Client authorizes emergency care at Animal Medical Center located at 510 East 62nd Street, New York, NY, Open 24/7.
Client agrees to be solely responsible for all costs & fees incurred and agrees to release Grooming 4 Less (Rafael Roman) from all costs and fees incurred. Client also authorizes Grooming 4 Less to purchase any medications or related items recommended by veterinarian.
